摘  要:为确定面齿轮传动合理的安装误差范围,有必要揭示安装误差与强度、承载传动误差的内在关系。本文在齿面接触分析(TCA)的基础上,用TCA输出的转角分别将小轮齿面和含有安装误差的面齿轮齿面装配到固定坐标系中,利用小轮、面齿轮齿面离散点的坐标建立两轮的有限元网格模型,并设置前处理条件以生成inp文件,将各转角下的inp文件批处理导入ABAQUS中,求解各个转角下的承载接触问题,获得了面齿轮传动的齿面接触应力、齿根弯曲应力、承载接触路径和承载传动误差。结果表明:安装误差对获得的承载传动性能参数均有明显影响,且影响规律与安装误差的方向有关,获得的承载传动性能参数均对轴夹角安装误差Δγ最敏感,初步确定了应力最大值、承载传动误差均值与安装误差的函数关系。本文为面齿轮传动安装尺寸的公差设计提出了计算方法。To determine a reasonable installation error range of face gear drive,the inherent relationship between installation error,strength,and load transmission error needs to be revealed.Based on tooth contact analysis(TCA),the pinion and face gear tooth surfaces with misalignment are assembled into the fixed coordinate system with the rotation angle output of TCA.The finite element grid model of the two gears is established using the coordinates of the discrete points of the pinion and surface gear tooth surfaces.The preprocessing conditions are set to generate the INP files.Then,the INP files for each corner are imported and batch processed in ABAQUS.The loading tooth contact problem at each rotation angle is solved,and the tooth surface contact stress,root bending stress,contact trajectory,and loading transmission errors of face gear transmission are obtained.Results show that the misalignment has a significant influence on the obtained load transmission performance parameters,the influence law is related to the direction of the misalignment,and the obtained parameters of bearing transmission performance are most sensitive toΔγ.The functional relationship between misalignment,maximum stress,and mean value of loading transmission errors is determined.A method for mounting dimension tolerance design of face gear transmission is proposed.
