摘 要:针对常规无刷双馈电机起动性能较弱的问题,本文将变极原理及复合线圈原理引入到无刷双馈电机的转子设计中来,该转子结构在起动时通过自增阻机制提高了起动转矩、降低了起动电流。并通过有限元仿真与样机试验将采用复合线圈设计的变极起动样机与无刷双馈电机的异步起动作对比。仿真及试验表明了采用复合线圈变极起动的转子结构可以有效改善无刷双馈电机的起动性能。Aiming at the problem that the starting performance of the conventional brushless doubly-fed machine is weak,this paper introduced the principle of the pole-changing principle and the principle of the composite coil into the rotor design of the brushless doubly-fed machine.The rotor structure was improved by the self-increasing resistance mechanism at the start.Torque,reduced starting current.By means of the finite element simulation and the prototype test,the asynchronous starting of the variable-pole start-up prototype and the brushless double-fed motor designed by the composite coil was compared.Simulation and experiments show that the rotor structure with composite coil can effectively improve the starting performance of brushless doubly-fed machines.
