摘  要:树脂体系粘度对薄壁件结构的电机产品灌封工艺起到决定性作用,本文通过对材料配比的调整来研究灌封树脂的工艺粘度。结果表明,当基体环氧树脂用量为52.542%、固化剂用量为36.79%、结构型增韧剂与反应型增韧剂用量分别为2.63%和7.88%,增韧剂加料顺序为先加入结构型增韧剂,引发剂用量0.158%时,此树脂体系粘度适中,利于流动成型。The viscosity of resin system plays a decisive role in the filling process of motor products with thin-walled structure.The technological viscosity of potting resin was studied by adjusting the ratio of materials.The results show that when the dosage of matrix epoxy is 52.542%,the dosage of curing agent is 36.79%,the dosage of structural toughener and reactive toughener are 2.63%and 7.88%respectively,the order of toughener is adding structural toughener first,the dosage of initiator is 0.158%,the viscosity of the resin system is moderate,which is favorable for flow molding.
