摘 要:本文对自动抓取机构驱动装置的保障性分析方法进行了系统介绍;使用以可靠性为中心的维修分析方法(RCMA)对自动抓取机构驱动装置进行分析:通过故障模式影响及危害性分析(FMECA)确定出自动抓取机构驱动装置的重要故障模式从而得出维修项目;确定维修分析逻辑和维修级别;计算了预防性维修保障活动的频度;最终输出维修分析决断表,提出了自动抓取机构驱动装置预防性维修的项目、维修周期。为设备运行过程中的维护保养提供了依据。This paper introduces a method of support analysis for the transmission mechanism of automatic grasping device;the reliability centered maintenance analysis method(RCMA)is used to analyze the transmission mechanism of the automatic grasping device.Through Failure Mode Effects and Criticality Analysis,the important failure mode of the transmission mechanism of the automatic grasping device is determined and the maintenance level is deter mined;the frequency of preventive maintenance support activities is calculated.The f inal output of the maintenance analysis and decision table puts forward the items and maintenance cycle of the preventive maintenance of the transmission mechanism of the automatic grasping device.It provides the basis for the maintenance of equipment in the process of operation.
