摘  要:通过研究某660MW超超临界机组A修化学静态诊断中发现的高压缸末级叶片积盐问题,分析确定了汽轮机高压缸积盐的原因。结合实际情况,提出了通过加氧减缓汽水系统流动加速腐蚀;改用活性胺保养减缓机组停备用腐蚀;提高化学仪表准确性,优化水质控制;加强机组启动期间的水质控制等一系列优化方案,为后续同类机组化学运行、监督提供建议,减缓汽轮机高压缸积盐问题。By studying the salt accumulation on the blade at the end of the high-pressure cylinder found in the chemical static diagnosis of A 660MW ultra-supercritical unit,the causes of salt accumulation on the high-pressure cylinder of the steam turbine were analyzed and determined.Based on the actual situation,it is proposed to slow down the flow accelerated corrosion of soda water system by adding oxygen.Use active amine maintenance to slow down the standby corrosion of the unit;Improve the accuracy of chemical instruments and optimize water quality control;A series of optimization schemes,such as strengthening water quality control during the start-up of the unit,are proposed for the subsequent chemical operation and supervision of similar units to alleviate the problem of salt accumulation in high-pressure cylinders of steam turbines.
