摘  要:某电厂经检修启动运行一周后,在正常运行中,因负荷调整、停运循环水泵后,突发汽轮机3X/4X轴承振动大幅升高,立即启动循环水泵并快减负荷后振动恢复正常,这之后多次出现振动突升,通过快速降负荷、调整润滑油温、启停润滑油事故直流油泵、开关低压缸排汽喷水、调整凝汽器真空等其中一种或多种方法均只能暂时使其降低至正常值,均未找到任何规律,严重影响机组运行安全性。后通过振动频率曲线诊断,判断为油膜失稳。根据油膜失稳的特征,制定检修方案,最终开机运行检验正常,保障机组的安全稳定运行。One week after the maintenance and start-up of a power plant,in the normal operation,after the load adjustment and shutdown of the circulating water pump,the vibration of the 3x/4x bearing of the steam turbine suddenly increased signif icantly,the circulating water pump was immediately started and the vibration returned to normal after the quick load reduction.After that,the vibration suddenly increased for many times.Through the quick load reduction,adjustment of the lubricating oil temperature,start and stop of the lubricating oil emergency DC oil pump,low-pressure cylinder exhaust and water spray,adjusting condenser vacuum,switch one or more of the methods,can only temporarily reduce it to normal value,and no rule has been found,which seriously affects the operation safety of the unit.After the vibration frequency curve diagnosis,it is judged that the oil film is unstable.According to the characteristics of oil film instability,develop maintenance plan,and f inally start up and run normally to ensure the safe and stable operation of the unit.
