摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术和新媒体的发展,电子阅读已经成为新时期大多数人开展阅读活动或是获取资讯最常用的方式,这对传统的图书出版行业造成了显著的冲击,同时也推动着图书馆运营模式的变革。本文将从纸电一体化的角度对图书馆电子资源服务体系的建构进行探讨,希望可以为我国公共图书馆的改革发展提供一定的参考。With the development of Internet information technology and new media,e-reading has become the most common way for most people to carry out reading activities or obtain information in the new era.This has caused a significant impact on the traditional book publishing industry and has also promoted the transformation of library operation model.This article will discuss the construction of the library's electronic resource service system from the perspective of the integration of paper and electricity,hoping to provide a certain reference for the reform and development of public libraries in my country.
