“双一流”背景下西部地方高校图书馆查新服务发展策略——以桂林医学院为例

摘　　要：“双一流”学科建设背景下,地方高校学科建设呈现创新性强、服务地方经济、地域特色发展、竞争导向的特点,对图书馆的传统学科服务提出了新的挑战。通过查新数据统计与文献分析法对桂林医学院图书馆的查新服务与查新用户科研产出情况进行比较,分析桂林医学院图书馆学科服务水平与用户需求的差距及其原因。构建基于地方产业链的查新服务知识供应链,加速查新服务升级转型;组建合作式查新服务团队,提升学科服务能力;整体规划,重点实施,因群施策;制度保障,构建学科服务体系是新形势下的西部地方高校图书馆查新服务发展路径。Under the background of"double first-class"discipline construction,the discipline construction of local colleges and universities has the characteristics of strong innovation,serving local economy,regional characteristic development and competition orientation,which puts forward new challenges to the traditional discipline service of the library.By using the method of data statistics and literature analysis,this paper compares the novelty retrieval service and the output of scientif ic research of novelty retrieval users’in the library of Guilin Medical University,and analyzes the gap between the subject service level and user’s demand and the reasons.In the new situation,the development path of novelty retrieval service of Local Universities Libraries in West China is to construct the knowledge supply chain of novelty retrieval service based on local industrial chain,accelerate the upgrading and transformation of novelty retrieval service,establish joint team of novelty retrieval service to enhance the subject service ability,overall planning,focusing on implementation,implementing policies according to the group,and building discipline service system under the new situation.
