摘　　要：由于非煤矿山企业生产规模小、分布散乱,在生产过程中经常涉及周边民事等纠纷问题,近年来,随着国家、社会对安全生产工作的重视和各级政府下发的关于矿山安全管理的管控文件精神,为因地制宜、科学管理,将“双重预防机制”应用于马家山大理石矿山的安全管理工作中,力图为矿山安全运输保驾护航。Due to the small production scale and scattered distribution of non coal mining enterprises,the surrounding civil disputes are often involved in the production process.In recent years,with the attention of the state and society to the safety production work and the ref inement of the management and control documents on mine safety management issued by governments at all levels,in order to adapt measures to local conditions and scientif ic management,the"double prevention mechanism"is applied to Majiashan marble in the safety management of mines.It is necessary to ensure the safe transportation of mines.
