摘 要:为降低综采工作面粉尘浓度,改善作业环境,保障作业人员职业健康与矿井安全生产,以郭屯煤矿2301工作面为研究对象,研究了脉冲注水技术在降尘方面的应用。现场试验设计三组注水孔与导向孔,间隔分别为4m、6m、8m,以探究最佳间距,对注水间距参数进行优化。对不同孔注水前后煤体进行采样并测定其含水率。在不同工序处布置测尘点,对其粉尘浓度进行测定。研究表明:当注水孔与导向孔间距8m时,煤体含水率最大,为4.16%,相比于原始煤体增水量为2.08%,且此组钻孔周围煤体割煤时粉尘浓度显著降低,其中采煤机处降尘率可达71.32%。In order to reduce the dust concentration,improve the working environment and ensure the occupational health of the workers and the safety of mine production,the application of pulsating directional water injection technology in dust control was studied in 2301 working face.In order to explore the best spacing and optimize the parameters of the water injection spacing,three groups of water injection holes and guide holes were designed in the field test with an interval of 4m,6m and 8m.The coal body was sampled before and after injection of different holes and its water content was measured.The dust concentration was measured at different working procedures.The results show that when the distance between the water injection hole and the guide hole is 8 m,the water cut of coal body is the largest(4.16%).Compared with the original media,the water increase is 2.08%,and the dust concentration decreases significantly when coal body is cut around the drilling hole in this group.The dust reduction rate of shearer can reach 71.32%.
