摘 要:为了减少地层伤害、提高钻井液的降滤失性能,本研究工作使用天然产物纤维素和环糊精为原料,在碱性条件下制备了环糊精改性纤维素聚合物,并通过红外光谱确定了结构。按照钻井液国家标准,室内砂床封堵实验评价了环糊精改性纤维素聚合物的降滤失性能、承压性能和渗透率恢复性能。实验结果表明,该聚合物与市场上常用的工业钻井液复配,在最佳使用条件下能够有效地减小钻井液滤失程度,可用于工业钻井液体系的质量提升。In order to reduce formation damage and improve drilling fluid filtration loss performance,cyclodextrin modified cellulose polymers were prepared under alkaline conditions using natural products cellulose and cyclodextrin as raw materials,and the structure was determined by infrared spectrum.The filtration loss performance,pressure performance and permeability recovery performance of drilling fluid were evaluated according to the national standard of drilling fluid.The experimental results show that the polymer can effectively reduce the filtration degree of the drilling fluid under the optimal conditions and can be used to improve the quality of the industrial drilling fluid system.
