摘　　要：在“一带一路”倡议实施的背景下,我国的经济快速发展,尤其是带动了我国建筑行业的快速发展。河北省作为一个建筑大省,同样迎来了新的发展空间和挑战。本文以服务河北省建筑行业发展为导向,切实推进建筑高校内涵式发展为研究内容,结合国内外建筑行业市场的就业现状,论证建筑院校应该更新教育教学理念,认清形势,理清学校教育教学工作思路,明确发展目标,狠抓质量为核心的内涵式发展道路;转变发展方式、工作作风和思想观念,重视内涵建设,注重特色办学,整合学科专业结构。Under the background of"One Belt And One Road"strategy implementation,the economic of our country developments rapidly.In particular,it drives the rapid development of China's construction industry.Hebei province,as a large construction province,also enters into a new development space and challenges,This paper aims to serve the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province and promote the connotative development of architectural colleges,combined with the job market in the domestic and foreign construction industry,to demonstrate architectural colleges should update the educational and teaching philosophy,to recognize the reality and ideas of school education and teaching,to define the development of goals,focus on quality as the core of the conjunctive development road,to transform the mode of development,work style and ideology,pay attention to the connotation of the construction,the characteristics education and the integration of disciplinary structure.
