摘　　要：面对新形势下公安机关在城市道路交通管理中存在的诸如交通拥堵、事故处置、嫌疑车辆查控等方面的挑战,充分发挥警用无人机所具备的反应快、位置佳、功能多、范围广,以及定制化等特点,利用其快速侦查、锁定追踪、高空喊话、精准投掷等独特功能,开发出一些切实可行的警用无人机在城市道路交通管理中的实战战法,创新空地立体化的执法执勤新模式,使警用无人机在城市道路交通管理工作中成为一种高效的、可持续发展的作业模式。In the face of the challenges of public security organs in urban road traffic management,such as traffic congestion,accident disposal,suspected vehicle inspection and control,the police UAV has the characteristics of fast response,good location,multi-function,wide range and customization,and makes use of its unique functions such as rapid detection,locking tracking,high-altitude shouting,precise throwing,etc To develop some practical combat methods of police UAV in urban road traffic management,and innovate the new mode of law enforcement and duty with three-dimensional open space,so as to make the police UAV become an efficient and sustainable operation mode in urban road traffic management.
