摘 要:传统风电经固定串补(FSC)外送系统常引发次同步振荡(SSO)问题,威胁系统的安全运行。基于风电串补系统SSO的发生机理,提出一种由静止同步串联补偿器(SSSC)与FSC组成的混合串联补偿(HSC)装置结构的附加控制策略。充分利用SSSC的控制灵活性,使其输出次同步电压与线路次同步电流同相位,SSSC等效为系统振荡频率下的正电阻。通过HSC装置提升系统总电阻处于正值区间,进而避免系统发生SSO。介绍了HSC附加阻尼控制(SSDC)策略的结构及原理,并给出了参数整定方法。在PSCAD/EMTDC平台上搭建了华北某实际风电经HSC外送系统时域仿真模型;仿真结果表明:HSC装置可以有效抑制SSO,保证系统稳定运行;保持线路串补度不变,提高SSSC补偿度可增强系统稳定性。The sub-synchronous oscillation(SSO)problem often arises in the traditional wind power transmission system with fixed series compensation(FSC),which threatens the safe operation of the system.Based on the occurrence mechanism of wind power series compensation system SSO,an additional control strategy of hybrid series compensation(HSC)device structure composed of static synchronous series compensator(SSSC)and FSC is proposed in this paper.The control flexibility of SSSC is fully utilized to make its output sub-synchronous voltage and circuit sub-synchronous current in the same phase,and SSSC is equivalent to the positive resistance at the system oscillation frequency.The HSC device is used to lift the total resistance of the system to a positive range,so as to avoid SSO.The structure and principle of HSC supplementary sub-synchronous damping control(SSDC)strategy were introduced,and the parameter tuning method was given.Based on PSCAD/EMTDC platform,a time-domain simulation model of a practical wind power transmission system via HSC in North China was built.The simulation results show that the HSC device can effectively suppress SSO and ensure the stable operation of the system.The stability of the system can be enhanced by keeping the line series compensation constant and improving the SSSC compensation.
