摘 要:随着我国售电侧市场放开,为了满足用户差异化需求,售电公司需要制定多样化零售电价套餐。借鉴国外售电侧市场改革经验,研究零售电价套餐体系,为我国售电市场各主体制定电价套餐提供参考。本文分析了日本零售市场改革进程,研究日本零售商竞争策略及典型电价套餐,并运用雷达图分析各电价套餐之间的竞争力。从套餐属性和电力用户用电特征两个角度分析日本电价套餐筛选流程,为我国售电侧市场用户选择电价套餐提供参考。最后从整体上分析了日本售电市场零售电价套餐体系的发展对我国售电市场改革的启示。As power-selling side market of China is liberalized,power-selling companies need to develop diversified retail electricity price packages to meet the different needs of users.Referring to the experience of foreign market-selling market reforms,research on the retail electricity price package system will provide reference for the Chinese electricity sellers to formulate electricity price packages.This paper analyzes the reform process of Japanese retail market,studies the competitive strategies of Japanese retailers and typical electricity price packages,and uses radar charts to analyze the competitiveness of each price packages.From the perspective of package attributes and users'electricity characteristics,the paper analyzes the screening process of electricity price packages,and provides reference for the electricity price side users to select electricity price packages in China.Finally,the paper analyzes the enlightenment of the development of the retail electricity price package system in Japan's electricity sales market to the reform of China's electricity sales market.
