摘　　要：生产调度在炼化企业生产中非常重要,通过提升炼化生产的工作效率与实际生产管理水平,能促进炼化企业更好、更全面地发展。文章主要对生产调度在炼化企业中的重要性进行分析,进而对其具体工作方法展开阐述,以期能促进炼化企业更加安全、有序、高效发展,提升炼化企业的经济效益和经营管理水平。Production scheduling is very important in the refining and chemical enterprises.By improving the work efficiency and actual production management level of refining and chemical production,it can promote the better and more comprehensive development of refining and chemical enterprises.This paper mainly analyzes the importance of production scheduling in refining and chemical enterprises,and then explores its specific working methods,with a view to promoting more safe,orderly and efficient development of refining and chemical enterprises,improving the economic benefit and management level of refining and chemical enterprises.
