摘  要:针对石横特钢2#高炉循环水浓缩倍数低、新水消耗明显偏高且系统结垢倾向严重的事实,引进了非自然pH值水质稳定水处理控制技术,通过自动加酸设施实现了循环水pH值的自动调节,达到了提高循环水浓缩倍数、稳定水质指标、减少新水消耗的目的,并取得了可观的经济效益。In view of the fact that the concentration ratio of circulating water is low,the consumption of fresh water is obviously high and the scaling tendency of the system is serious in Shiheng Special Steel’s No.2 blast furnace,the control technology of water treatment with unnatural pH value for water quality stability is introduced,and the automatic pH value adjustment of circulating water is realized through automatic acid adding facilities,so as to improve the concentration ratio of circulating water,stabilize the water quality index and reduce the consumption of fresh water.The economic benefit of the project is very good.
