摘　　要：文章对氮气、氧气空压生产系统某厂项目所采取的职业病防护设施及控制效果进行评价,了解在生产过程中产生的主要职业病危害因素,为氮气及氧气空压生产企业的职业病防治提供可靠依据。通过查阅资料、现场调查及工作场所职业病危害因素现场检测,结合该企业职业卫生工程防护、职业卫生管理、职业健康监护等情况,对其进行职业病危害控制效果评价。某厂的主要职业病危害因素为噪声,根据有关要求对项目采取了减振降噪、防暑降温、应急救援等措施,并配备了有效的个体防护用品。现场检测结果表明:空分操作巡检工、仪表巡检工以及电气巡检工接触的噪声强度均超标。该项目在正常生产过程中,对噪声超标岗位采取了相应的防护措施,工人实际接触的噪声强度能够控制在职业接触限值内,符合国家和地方对职业病防治方面法律、法规、标准的要求。该项目已具备职业病防护设施竣工验收条件。Evaluate the occupational disease protection facilities and control effects of the nitrogen and oxygen air pressure production system project,to understand the main occupational disease hazard factors generated in the production process,and provide a reliable basis for the occupational disease protection of nitrogen and oxygen air pressure production enterprises.Through reviewing data,investigation and detection of occupational disease hazards in the workplace,combined with the enterprise’s occupational health engineering protection,occupational health management,occupational health monitoring,etc.,to evaluate the effect of occupational disease hazard control.The main occupational hazard factor of the plant is noise.The plant has adopted vibration reduction,noise reduction,heatstroke and temperature reduction,emergency rescue and other facilities for the project according to relevant requirements,and is equipped with effective personal protective equipment.The inspection results show that the noise intensity of the air separation operation patrol inspector,instrument patrol inspector and electrical patrol inspector all exceed the standard.In the normal production process of the project,corresponding measures were taken for posts with excessive noise.The actual noise intensity of workers’exposure can be controlled within the occupational exposure limit,which complies with national and local occupational disease prevention laws,regulations and standards.The project already has the conditions for the acceptance of the completion of occupational disease protection facilities.
