摘 要:地表水作为目前人类生活饮用水的主要来源之一,检测地表氨氮的含量非常重要,因为氨氮物质在水中降解会形成亚硝酸盐,而亚硝酸盐会使人体致癌。在检测氨氮含量的过程中取样环节尤为重要,要使取的样品具有代表性,就要研究取样位置、深度及现场检测项目的完成。文章逐一叙述了纳氏试剂法检测原理,即利用紫外-可见分光光度法原理,是一种用于测定空气中或者水体中氨氮含量的试剂,以及纳氏试剂法检测氨氮含量有诸多注意事项。As one of the main sources of drinking water for human being,it is very important to detect the content of ammonia nitrogen on the surface of the earth.Sampling is very important in the process of determining ammonia nitrogen content.In order to obtain representative samples,we should study the sampling position,depth and the completion of field test items.This paper describes that Nessler’s reagent refers to the reagent used to determine the ammonia nitrogen content in air or water by using the principle of ultraviolet visible spectrophotometry.There are many matters needing attention in the detection of ammonia nitrogen content by Nessler’s reagent method.
