摘  要:油田开采是满足中国社会发展需求的重要环节,也是经济发展的重要保障,但在开采的过程中,需要长期注水开采或者注气开采,这就会导致油井内部的骨架遭到不同程度的破坏,从而引起油井出沙等问题。在油田开采的过程中,防砂是保障正常作业的基础,浅层气埋藏浅出沙严重,就会影响生产的周期,油田开采效果比较差。但关于油田防砂技术中,比较广泛的技术主要是传统的化学防砂和机械防砂,这两种防砂的技术经过长期的发展,也长期在防砂技术中应用。文章提出这两种防砂技术都有一些致命的缺陷,主要表现在投入的资金数额比较大且回报率比较低,不利于成本节约和高效开采,对于油田开发是一种制约。因此复合射孔技术的开发,是浅层气防砂提供了防砂的新途径。Oilfield production is an important link to meet the needs of social development in China and an important guarantee for economic development.However,in the process of production,long-term water injection or gas injection is needed;this will lead to the internal framework of oil wells have been different degrees of damage,resulting in sand wells and other problems.In the process of oil field production,sand control is the basis of normal operation,shallow gas buried shallow sand serious,will affect the production cycle,the oil field production effect is poor.However,the traditional chemical sand control and mechanical sand control are widely used in sand control technology in oil field.These two sand control technologies have been developed and applied in sand control technology for a long time.But these two kinds of sand control technology have some fatal defects,mainly in the investment amount is large and the return rate is low,is not conducive to cost saving and efficient production,for oilfield development is a constraint.Therefore,the development of complex perforation technology provides a new way of sand control for shallow gas.
