摘 要:随着世界各工业强国工业智能化改造战略的提出,通过“大数据+AI”解决传统化工行业问题和技术瓶颈成为新一代化工建设探索的主要方向。文章调查了化工安全环保生产中的热点需求、难点问题、新技术进展,通过分析国内外化工企业在化工安全环保生产中所采用的技术及高校的研究方向和课程体系建设,给出前沿技术论证方向、课题申报和技术攻关相关建议。研究结果表明,当前业界和学术界基于神经网络强大的非线性拟合能力实现生产模型建模和机器视觉系统,用以解决传统化工安全环保生产中面临的难点问题和技术瓶颈,提高化工行业的智能化水平。以人工神经网络为主的AI前沿技术在化工安全环保生产的智能化改造中成为技术主体,掌握“大数据+AI”赋能化工行业的应用策略和模式将占据未来化工行业的制高点。With the industrial intelligent transformation strategies proposed by the world’s industrial powers,solving the problems and technical bottlenecks faced by the traditional chemical industry has become the main direction for the exploration of the new generation of chemical construction through"big data and AI".The article investigates the hot needs,difficult issues and new technology developments,analyzes cutting-edge technologies adopted by domestic and foreign chemical companies as well as the research direction and curriculum system construction of universities and provide relevant suggestions on the direction of frontier technology demonstration,project application and technical research.The research results show that the current industry and academia complete production models and machine vision systems to solve the difficult problems and technical bottlenecks faced in traditional chemical and improve the chemical industry’s intelligent level mainly based on the strong nonlinear fitting capabilities of neural networks.AI cutting-edge technologies based on artificial neural networks have become the main technology body in the intelligent transformation of chemical industry.Mastering the application strategies and models of"big data+AI"empowering the chemical industry will occupy the commanding heights of the future chemical industry.
