摘　　要：精细化管理从本质上来说就是将企业的发展目标进行一定程度的分解和细化,从而保证责任能够得到落实的一个过程,也是让一家企业的发展目标和规划的每一个环节都能得到深度贯彻的一个过程。精细化管理对于企业来说是一种更加全面的经营管理模式,也是提高整个企业的执行力、管理能力的重要方式。文章以装卸车现场管理为例,对其精细化管理模式进行了分析,并提出建议。In essence,fine management is a process that decomposes and refines the development objectives of an enterprise to a certain extent,so as to ensure that the responsibilities can be implemented.It is also a process that enables each link of the development goals and planning of an enterprise to be deeply implemented.Fine management is a more comprehensive business management mode for enterprises,and it is also an important way to improve the execution and management ability of the whole enterprise.This paper takes the loading and unloading site management as an example,analyzes its fine management mode,and puts forward some suggestions.
