摘 要:燃料乙醇生产中“87%的原料来源为玉米”的生产结构,是悬在行业头上的达摩克里斯之剑,也是我国生物燃料乙醇行业的“七寸”。将陈化水稻应用于燃料乙醇生产中,可以有效控制陈化粮食流入粮食加工市场,降低国家对陈化粮储存及处理的成本,具有十分显著的经济与生态效益。文章分析了陈化水稻掺混生产燃料乙醇过程中的可行性,阐述陈化水稻原料生产燃料乙醇的主要工艺,提出陈化水稻掺混过程中的注意事项以及对燃料乙醇生产的影响,确保陈化水稻能够在燃料乙醇生产过程中发挥出重要作用。The production structure of"87%of raw material is corn"in fuel ethanol production is not only a Damocles hanging over the industry,but also a"seven inches"in bio-fuel ethanol industry in China.The application of aged rice in fuel ethanol production can effectively control the flow of aged grain into grain processing market and reduce the cost of storage and treatment of aged grain.In this paper,the feasibility of blending aged rice to produce fuel ethanol is analyzed,and the main technology of producing fuel ethanol from aged rice raw materials is described,the matters needing attention in the mixing process of aged rice and its influence on fuel ethanol production were put forward to ensure that aged rice could play an important role in fuel ethanol production.
