采用阴道B超与腹部B超在异位妊娠诊断中的临床对比分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨异位妊娠患者使用阴道B超和腹部B超这两种不同诊断方法的效果。方法:纳入2018年3月~2019年2月本院接收的异位妊娠患者共计100例作为研究对象,根据区组随机化法将患者分成对照组和观察组,每组各50例,前者为患者进行腹部B超诊断,后者为患者实施阴道B超诊断,并以病理学检查结果作为金标准,对两组患者检验结果进行对比分析。结果:观察组诊断准确率高于对照组,且观察组诊断图像呈现效果优于对照组,组间差异显著,具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:使用阴道B超为异位妊娠患者进行检验,其诊断准确率较高,可以为病症治疗提供有效依据。Objective:To explore the effect of two different diagnostic methods of B-ultrasound of vagina and B-ultrasound of abdomen in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy received by our hospital during the period from March 2018 to February 2019 were taken as the research objects.According to the randomized method of district group,the patients were divided into control group and study group,each group had 50 cases.The former was diagnosed by abdominal B-mode ultrasound,the latter was diagnosed by vaginal B-mode ultrasound,and the pathological examination results were taken as the gold standard compare and analyze the test results of the two groups of patients.Results:The accuracy rate of diagnosis in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the effect of image presentation in the study group was better than that in the control group.The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis accuracy of B-mode ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy patients is high,which can provide an effective basis for disease treatment.
