摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道彩超诊断宫腔粘连应用价值;方法:对2017年1月~2019年7月本院收治的经宫腔镜确诊的170例宫腔粘连患者回顾性分析,总结宫腔粘连在阴道彩超的声像图特征并进行临床价值和漏误诊分析。结果:170例经宫腔镜金标准诊断的宫腔粘连患者中,其中阴道彩超诊断例数为118例(诊断阳性率为69.4%),漏误诊例数52例;结论:采用阴道彩超利于判断患者是否存在宫腔粘连,诊断正确率较高,可为疾病治疗提供参考。Objective:To explore the value of transvaginal color ultrasound in diagnosing intrauterine adhesions.Methods:A retrospective analysis of 170 cases of intrauterine adhesions confirmed by hysteroscopy in our hospital was carried out to summarize the sonographic characteristics of intrauterine adhesions in vaginal color ultrasound and to analyze the clinical value and misdiagnosis of leakage.Results:Of the 170 patients diagnosed with hysteroscopic gold standard uterine adhesions,118 cases were diagnosed by vaginal color Doppler ultrasound(the diagnostic positive rate was 69.4%),and 52 were misdiagnosed.Conclusion:Using vaginal color ultrasound is helpful to judge whether the patient has intrauterine adhesion,and the diagnostic accuracy is high,which can provide reference for the treatment of the disease.
