摘  要:巴基斯坦NEELUM-JHELUM水电站引水隧洞长28.5 km,根据枢纽总体布置,引水隧洞在中后部从Jhelum河底下方约200 m穿过,是该工程设计和施工的难点之一。穿河段采用双洞布置钢板衬砌,单洞开挖断面为8.55 m×9.05 m马蹄形,上游侧紧邻HFT大断层,地质条件极其复杂。施工过程中,多次遭遇断层带破碎围岩塌方和强涌水,通过合理组织施工,实施超前勘探地质预报、超前堵水灌浆、掌子面后堵水及灌浆、跟进强支护等处理手段,安全、顺利地完成了穿河段施工。The headrace tunnel of Neelum-Jhelum hydropower station is 28.5 km long.According to the general layout of the project,the headrace tunnel passes through the Jhelum river about 200 m below the middle and rear part,this is one of the difficulties in design and construction of the project.The river crossing section is designed of double tunnels lined with steel plate.The single tunnel is horseshoe shape with excavation section of 8.55 m×9.05 m.The upstream side is adjacent to the HFT fault,and the geological conditions are extremely complex.In the process of construction,though broken surrounding rock collapses and strong water gushing in the fault zone are encountered,the construction is completed safely and smoothly by taking some treatment measures such as reasonable organization,advanced exploration and geological prediction,advanced water plugging irrigation,water plugging and grouting behind the face,follow-up strong support,etc.
