摘 要:[目的]探究决明农艺性状与蒽醌类物质含量之间的相关性,为筛选蒽醌类物质含量高决明品种提供参考。[方法]以经诱变筛选出的决明品系(Y3、Y4、Y5、Y6)和未经任何处理的决明(CK)为材料,通过五点取样法选定单株,测定其农艺性状及4种蒽醌类物质含量,并对测定结果进行多重比较、变异系数分析、相关性分析、主成分分析。[结果]经航天诱变处理后,不同品系决明的各项农艺性状指标及蒽醌类物质含量均存在不同程度的差异,且决明的各项农艺性状指标及蒽醌类物质含量表现出丰富的遗传多样性,其中以大黄酚、芦荟大黄素含量这两项指标的变异最为丰富。相关性分析中共有44指标达到极显著相关,16对指标显著相关,其中鲜质量与橙黄决明素含量呈极显著正相关,与大黄酚含量呈显著正相关;芦荟大黄素、大黄素甲醚含量与橙黄决明素含量呈极显著正相关。主成分分析表明,4个主成分(表型因子、成分因子、质量因子、种子因子)对变异的贡献率达82.609%。[结论]航天诱变的决明各性状间存在丰富的变异,增加了决明的遗传多样性,利用相关性分析、主成分分析的方法可以按照育种要求对各指标、各主成分进行单独选择,为后期筛选蒽醌类物质含量高的决明新品种提供了理论依据。[Objective]The correlation between the agronomic traits of Cassia obtrusively L.and the content of anthraquinone substances in seeds was explored,and aimed to provide reference for selecting C.obtrusively.strains with high content of an⁃thraquinone.[Methods]Four Cassia strains(Y3,Y4,Y5,Y6)selected by mutagenesis and one untreated Cassia strain(CK)were used as research materials.Single plants were selected by the five-point sampling method,and the agronomic characters and the contents of four anthraquinones compounds in the plants were measured and data were analyzed by multiple compari⁃son,coefficient of variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis.[Results]The results of multiple comparison showed that significant differences in the indexes of agronomic characters and the contents of four kinds of anthraqui⁃nones among different lines were detected in the strains with aerospace mutagenesis treatment.The agronomic traits and anthra⁃quinone content of Cassia contained rich genetic diversity.Among them,chrysophanol and aloe-emodin content showed the most abundant variation.The correlation analysis indicated a total of 44 indicators with extremely significant positive correlation(P<0.001)and 16 indicators with significantly correlated(P<0.01).Among them,fresh quality and orange cassia content were significantly correlated with chrysophanol content(P<0.01),and the extremely significant positive correlation(P<0.001)between crown width and chrysophanol content was observed.Among the four active components,the content of aloeemodin and emodin methyl ether were significantly positively correlated with the content of orchidin.A total of four principal components were extracted by principal component analysis,including yield factor,component factor,quality factor and seed factor.Their cumulative contribution rate reached 82.609%,in which the reliability of yield factor performed better than that of other factors.[Conclusion]When the seeds of C.obtrusively were treated by space mutagenesi
