摘  要:某铜矿生产中粗、扫选均采用130m3浮选机,自建厂以来,生产指标一直较为稳定,但随着矿石性质的变化,指标有恶化趋势。从浮选泡沫粒级产率、粒级铜品位、粒级铜金属分布率和泡沫铜品位等泡沫流动特性方面对浮选指标的影响进行了分析,并在泡沫流动特性分析的基础上提出了提高铜回收指标的途径,为下一步浮选指标优化提供了技术参考依据。The 130 m3 flotation machine is used for roughing and scavenging in the flotation flowsheets of a copper ore.Since the establishment of the plant,the production index has been relatively stable,but with the change of ore properties,the index has a tendency to deteriorate.This paper analyzes the influence of the froth flow characteristics such as size fraction yield,size fraction copper grade,size fraction copper metal distribution rate and copper froth grade on the flotation index,and puts forward the way to improve the copper recovery index based on the analysis of froth flow characteristics,which provides technical reference for further optimization of flotation indexes.
