摘 要:利用重选工艺、浮选工艺、重选—浮选工艺等选矿方法对某尼尔森重选精矿进行了降低镁硅含量的试验研究,通过研究分析,确定浮选工艺是比较经济合理的尼尔森精矿降镁硅方案。浮选得到的精矿镍、铜品位分别为4.79%、2.08%,回收率为87.72%、88.78%,金、铂品位分别为110.77、618.07g/t,回收率分别为99.04%、98.82%,浮选精矿中MgO、SiO2含量分别为4.65%、8.12%。An experimental study on the reduction of magnesium-silicon content in Knelson gravity concentrate was carried out by means of gravity separation process,flotation process and gravity separation-flotation process.Through the research and analysis,it is determined that the flotation process is a more economical and reasonable scheme for reducing magnesium-silicon in Knelson concentrate.The nickel and copper grades in the flotation concentrate are 4.79%and 2.08%,respectively.The recoveries of nickel and copper are 87.72%and 88.78%.The gold and platinum grades in the flotation concentrate are110.77 g/t and 618.07 g/t,and the recoveries are 99.04%and 98.82%.The contents of MgO and SiO2 in flotation concentrate are 4.65%and 8.12%.
