摘 要:铅锌混合矿选矿废水pH值高,钙、悬浮物及无机金属离子含量高,含大量残余的选矿药剂,且流量大、水质水量不稳定、处理难度高。采用"酸化—混凝沉淀—臭氧氧化"工艺处理混合矿选矿废水,重点研究了Na2CO3对降低废水中钙含量,絮凝剂种类对废水中主要重金属含量以及臭氧曝气时间对废水中COD去除的影响。工艺试验和应用实践结果表明,通过在源头添加Na2CO3,经初步沉淀后调节pH值至中性,添加硫酸铝混凝沉淀废水中的重金属,臭氧曝气去除废水中的COD,可使废水中的钙浓度控制在100mg/L以下,重金属得到有效去除,COD降低50%以上,处理后的废水指标满足选矿全流程作业要求。Wastewater from lead-zinc mixed ore processing has high pH value,high calcium content,suspended solids and inorganic metal ions,and contains a large amount of residual mineral processing agents,with large flow rate,unstable water quality and water quantity,and high treatment difficulty.The process of"Acidification—Coagulation sedimentation—Ozonation"was used to treat the mineral processing wastewater.The effects of Na2CO3 on the reduction of calcium content in the wastewater,the types of flocculants on the main heavy metal content in the wastewater and the ozone aeration time on the removal of COD in the wastewater were studied.The results of process tests and application showed that by adding Na2CO3 at the source,adjusting pH value to neutral after initial precipitation,adding aluminum sulfate to coagulate and precipitate heavy metals in wastewater,ozone aeration to remove COD from wastewater could control the calcium concentration in wastewater to lower than 100 mg/L.Heavy metals are effectively removed and COD is reduced by more than 50%.The treated wastewater meets the requirements of the whole process of mineral processing.
