摘 要:利用偏光显微镜、能谱仪、扫描电镜、XRF及MLA系统等对越南某磷矿进行了工艺矿物学研究。结果表明,该磷矿中P2O5含量为21.85%,为低品位磷矿,有害元素主要为SiO2,含量为34.73%,工业类型为硅质及硅酸盐型磷块岩;P2O5主要赋存在碳氟磷灰石中,少量赋存在银星石中;矿样中碳氟磷灰石主要为碎屑状、自形短柱状、微晶集合体状结构,银星石呈柱状结构;SiO2主要赋存在硅质矿物中,少量赋存在硅酸盐矿物中,脱除部分硅质矿物即可满足目前湿法磷酸用矿要求;该磷矿为风化矿,矿石质地松软、易破磨,破磨后矿样颗粒向细粒级富集;磨矿至-0.038mm粒级占有率为85%时,碳氟磷灰石的单体解离度为93.62%,石英、玉髓的单体解离度为95.49%,解离情况均较好;矿样中存在硅质矿物岩块及透镜体,可在破碎阶段或者粗磨阶段进行脱除;矿样中硅酸盐矿物含量较高,会对后续湿法磷酸工艺产生不利影响,应尽可能多地脱除。The process mineralogy of a phosphate rock in Vietnam was studied by polarizing microscope(SEM),energy dispersive spectrometer,scanning electron microscope,XRF and MLA system.The results show that the content of P2O5 in the phosphate rock is 21.85%,which is a low-grade phosphate rock.The main harmful element is SiO2,with a content of 34.73%.The industrial type is siliceous and silicate type phosphorite.P2O5 mainly occurs in carbonate-fluorapatite and a small amount in wavellite.In the ore samples,the carbonaceous carbonate-fluorapatite is mainly clastic,euhedral short columnar and microcrystalline aggregate structure,while the argentite is columnar.SiO2 mainly exists in siliceous minerals,and a small amount exists in silicate minerals.Removal of some siliceous minerals can meet the current requirements of wet process phosphoric acid ore.The phosphate rock is weathered ore with soft texture and easy to be broken and grinded.After grinding,the ore sample particles are enriched into fine particles.When grinding to-0.038 mm,the monomer dissociation degree of carbonate-fluorapatite is 93.62%,and that of quartz and chalcedony is 95.49%.There are siliceous mineral blocks and lenses in the ore samples,which can be removed in the crushing stage or rough grinding stage to reduce the grinding cost.The high content of silicate minerals in ore samples will have adverse effects on the subsequent wet process phosphoric acid process,so it should be removed as much as possible.
