摘 要:以氧化铝作为减缓剂加入聚乙烯(PE)防雾滴薄膜中,通过对薄膜微观观察,发现氧化铝在PE中具有较好的分散性,与PE界面结合性能好。通过对PE防雾滴薄膜光学性能、力学性能及流滴性能等测试发现,当氧化铝含量为6%时,PE薄膜光学性能及力学性能最好,雾度达到10.8%,透光率达到92.3%,纵向拉伸强度达到25.3 MPa,断裂伸长率达到1 153.4%,横向拉伸强度达到22.4 MPa,断裂伸长率达到1 136.1%,流滴失效时间达到31 d。氧化铝能明显减缓PE薄膜中流滴剂的迁移速度,增加薄膜流滴失效时间,提升薄膜防雾滴性能,对PE薄膜防雾滴功能的长效性具有显著的作用。Aluminum oxide was used as a retarder agent to be added into the polyethylene anti-fogging film.Through microscopic observation of the film,it is found that aluminum oxide has good dispersibility in polyethylene and good interfacial bonding performance with polyethylene.The dripping properties,mechanical properties and optical properties of the polyethylene anti-fogging film are tested.The results show when the alumina oxide content is 6%,the haze of polyethylene film is 10.8%,the transmittance of polyethylene film is 92.3%,the longitudinal tensile strength of polyethylene film is 25.3 MPa and the elongation at break is 1153.4%,the transverse tensile strength of polyethylene film is 22.4 MPa and the elongation at break is 1136.1%,the drop failure time of polyethylene film is 31 d,and it has the best mechanical and optical properties.Alumina oxide could obviously slow down the migration speed of the drips in the polyethylene film,increase the failure time of the drips in the polyethylene film,and improve the anti drips performance of the polyethylene film,which has significant effect for the long-term anti-fogging performance of the polyethylene film.
