胸腔镜微创治疗小儿脓胸疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:分析胸腔镜微创治疗小儿脓胸的临床效果。方法:2019年2月-2020年2月收治脓胸患儿75例,随机分为两组。对照组给予开胸手术治疗;观察组给予胸腔镜微创治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术时间、术中出血量及住院时间、止痛时间、胸腔闭式引流管留置时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后白细胞计数、C反应蛋白及降钙素原等指标水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜微创治疗小儿脓胸临床效果显著。Objective:To explore the curative effect of thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment for empyema in children.Methods:From February 2019 to February 2020,75 children with empyema were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given thoracotomy.The observation group was given thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment.We compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,the analgesic time and the indwelling time of closed thoracic drainage tube were lower than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the observation group,after treatment,the white blood cell count,C-reactive protein and procalcitonin levels were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of thoracoscopic minimally invasive treatment for empyema in children is significant.
