双J管和输尿管导管对微创经皮肾镜取石术的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨双J管和输尿管导管对微创经皮肾镜取石术患者的临床效果。方法:2019年1月-2020年5月收治微创经皮肾镜取石术患者80例,随机分为两组,各40例。观察组实施逆行留置F7双J管;对照组实施F5输尿管导管。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组通道建立时间、手术时间、术中集合系统分离、术中出血量等指标水平均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组,结石清除率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对微创经皮肾镜取石术患者实施F7双J管能显著缩短通道建立时间和手术时间,提高术中集合系统分离效率,减少术中出血量,提高结石清除率。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of double J tube and ureteral catheter on patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.Methods:From January 2019 to May 2020,80 patients with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 40 cases in each group.The observation group received retrograde indwelling F7 double J tube.The control group received F5 ureteral catheter.We compared the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:The channel establishment time,operationtime,intraoperative collection system separation,intraoperative blood loss,and other related clinical values of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the stone clearance rate was significantly higher than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:F7 double J tube for minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy patients can significantly shorten the channel establishment time and operation time,improve the separation efficiency of the intraoperative collection system,reduce intraoperative blood loss,increase stone removal rate.
