压敏点恢刺法配合四子散外敷治疗颞下颌关节炎30 例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察压敏点恢刺法配合四子散外敷治疗颞下颌关节炎的临床疗效。方法:2019年1月-2020年6月收治颞下颌关节炎患者60例,随机分为两组,各30例。观察组行颞下颌关节压敏点恢刺法联合四子散外敷治疗;对照组单纯给予压敏点恢刺法治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效、疼痛及开口度方面的改善情况。结果:观察组在镇痛及改善开口度方面均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:压敏点恢刺法配合四子散外敷治疗颞下颌关节炎效果显著。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of pressure sensitive point restoring needling combined with external application of Sizi powder in the treatment of temporomandibular arthritis.Methods:From January 2019 to June 2020,60 patients with temporomandibular arthritis were selected,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with pressure sensitive point restoring acupuncture in the temporomandibular joint.The control group was treated with pressure ensitive point restoring acupuncture alone.The clinical efficacy,pain and improvement of the degree of opening were compared between the two groups.Results:The observation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of analgesia and improvement of mouth opening,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The pressure sensitive point restoring needling method combined with external application of Sizi powder is effective in the treatment of temporomandibular arthritis.
