摘　　要：目的:分析针刺联合督脉灸治疗带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床效果。方法:2019年6月-2020年5月收治带状疱疹后遗神经痛患者88例,按不同治疗方案分为两组,各44例。甲组实施西医常规治疗;乙组实施针刺联合督脉灸治疗。比较两组疼痛(VAS)、焦虑(HAMA)及睡眠状况(SRSS)评分情况。结果:乙组治疗后VAS、HAMA及SRSS评分均低于甲组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:针刺联合督脉灸疗法在带状疱疹后遗神经痛的临床治疗中效果显著,可有效缓解疼痛,改善焦虑症状,提高睡眠质量。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Dumai Moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia.Methods:From June 2019 to may 2020,88 patients with postherpetic neuralgia were selected and divided into two groups with 44 patients in each group.Group A received conventional western medicine treatment.Group B received acupuncture combined with acupuncture combined with Dumai Moxibustion treatment.Pain(VAS),anxiety(HAMA)and sleep status(SRSS)were compared between the two groups.Results:In group B,VAS,HAMA and SRSS scores were lower than those in group A after treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of acupuncture combined with Dumai Moxibustion in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia is significant,it can effectively relieve pain,improve anxiety symptoms and improve sleep quality.
