中药药浴联合抚触治疗新生儿黄疸临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中药药浴联合抚触治疗新生儿黄疸的临床疗效。方法:2016年3月-2018年3月收治新生儿黄疸患儿96例,随机分为两组,各48例。对照组给予常规护理及蓝光照射治疗;观察组在蓝光照射基础上加用中药药浴及新生儿抚触治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组黄疸持续时间及住院时间均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后非结合胆红素和总胆红素水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在蓝光照射基础上结合中药药浴及新生儿抚触治疗新生儿黄疸,安全有效,可有效降低血清胆红素水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine bath combined with touch on icterus neonatorum.Methods:From March 2016 to March 2018,96 cases of icterus neonatorum were enrolled,they were randomly divided into two groups with 48 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional nursing and blue light irradiation,while the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine bath and newborn touch on the basis of blue light irradiation.The therapeutic effects between the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of jaundice and hospitalization time in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of non-conjugated bilirubin and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of blue light irradiation,the combination of traditional Chinese medicine bath and neonatal touch to treat icterus neonatorum is safe and effective,which can effectively reduce the serum bilirubin level.
