摘　　要：目的:探究综合护理干预对脑卒中介入术后患者日常生活能力及并发症的影响。方法:2018年5月-2019年10月收治脑卒中患者52例,均行介入术治疗。按照不同护理方式分为两组,各26例。对照组采用常规护理干预;观察组采用综合护理干预。比较两组患者神经功能缺损(NIHSS)评分、日常生活能力(ADL)评分和并发症情况。结果:观察组干预后NIHSS评分低于对照组,ADL评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:综合护理干预可有效改善脑卒中介入术后患者的神经功能缺损程度,提高日常生活能力,降低并发症风险。Objective:To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the daily life ability and complications of patients after interventional for stroke.Methods:From May 2018 to October 2019,52 cases of stroke patients were enrolled,all of them underwent interventional therapy.They were divided into two groups according to different nursing methods,with 26 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional nursing intervention,while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The NIHSS score,ADL score and complications were compared between the two groups.Results:The NIHSS score of observation group after intervention was lower than that of control group,ADL score was higher than control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients after interventional for stroke can effectively improve the degree of neurological deficit,improve the ability of daily life and reduce the risk of complications.
