摘　　要：应用6S管理方法,规范标本的采集、转运、接收等流程,借助无线网络和移动终端等信息系统,进行条码整合,实现一个条码对应一管血液,标本唯一标识,全程跟踪,检验回报时间准确可查,时限符合率达标,提高患者和临床科室的满意度。The 6S management method is used to standardize the process of specimen collection,transfer and reception,and to integrate the bar code with the help of wireless network and mobile terminal information system,so as to realize a bar code corresponding to a tube of blood,unique identification of the sample,whole-process tracking,accurate and searchable TAT time,and the time limit compliance rate is up to the standard,so as to improve the satisfaction of patients and clinical departments.
