摘　　要：为适应原煤煤质变化,解决原有3GDMC1200/850型无压给料三产品重介质旋流器在生产过程中出现的频繁堵塞问题,淮北选煤厂祁南分厂采用S-2GHMC440/360型超级旋流器替代原有的三产品重介质旋流器。单机测试结果表明:超级旋流器数量效率为99.48%,可能偏差为0.039 g/cm^3;小时处理量提高了53.52%,大大提高了生产效率,彻底解决了重介质旋流器一、二段连接管的堵塞问题,减少了维修工作量和维修费用,使吨煤加工费降低了5.17元。In order to adapt to the variation of property of raw coal treated and eliminate the trouble of plugging-up in operation of the 3GDMS1200/850 gravity-fed 3-product heavy medium cyclone previously used,the S-2GHMC440/360 super H.M.cyclone is used by the branch plant to replace the 3GCMC1200/850 version.As evidenced by result of test with a stand-alone super cyclone,the super cyclone can work remarkably with an organic efficiency of 99.48%,an Epm value of 0.039 g/cm^3,a rise of hourly capacity by 53.52%,much improved separation efficiency,reduced maintenance workload and costs,and a save of operating cost per ton of raw coal treated by 5.17 yuan.Moreover,its use can lead to thorough elimination of plugging of the tube connecting the cyclone′s first and second stages.
