摘　　要：耐磨板R602圆弧面的磨削一直是该零件的加工难点。为此,设计了耐磨板R602圆弧面磨削用砂轮修整器,该修整器通过金刚笔的圆弧运动对旋转的砂轮进行修整,保证砂轮颗粒的锋利,并保证砂轮R602圆弧成形,进行R602圆弧面的磨削,以提高工效,保证产品加工质量。The grinding of the arc surface of Wear Plate R602 has always been a difficult point in the processing of this part.For this reason,a grinding wheel dresser for grinding the arc surface of Wear Plate R602 was designed.The grinding wheel dresser dresses the rotating grinding wheel through the arc movement of the diamond pen to ensure the sharpness of grinding wheel particles and the shape of the arc of Grinding Wheel R602 for R602 arc surface grinding to improve work efficiency and gurantee the quality of finished products.
