细辛在经方中应用配伍规律探析

摘　　要：《伤寒杂病论》中记载含有细辛的方剂共19首,方注中加细辛3首,总计条文21条。细辛在《伤寒论》中主要用于治疗太阳伤寒表实证、少阴兼表证、厥阴上热下寒证以及厥阴寒证,《金匮要略》中用于治疗咳逆上气、痰饮咳嗽、寒疝、中风历节病。经方中使用的细辛采自华阴,入药部分为根部。细辛的使用主要有汤剂、丸、散三种剂型,主要功效是解表散寒、温肺化饮、温通经脉、温阳利水;主治病位是:肺、肾;主要通过温散辛通发挥作用,通过配伍酸收药散收相合、配伍辛温药相须相使、配伍寒凉药辛开苦降、寒温相制达到减毒增效的作用。There are 19 formulas containing Xixin(Radix et Rhizoma Asari) recorded in Treatise on Cold Damage and Miscellaneous Diseases,3 of which are added in the notes,with a total of 21 articles.In Treatise on Cold Damage Diseases,Xixin is mainly used to treat greater yang cold damage exterior excess syndrome,less yang combined with exterior syndrome,reverting yin upper heat and lower cold syndrome,reverting yin cold syndrome.In Synopsis of the Golden Chamber,Xixin is mainly used to treat cough with dyspnea,phlegm cough,cold hernia,stroke and arthrosis.Xixin used in the classic formulas is collected from Huayin,and its medicinal part comes from the root.There are mainly three dosage forms:decoction,pill and powder.The main effects of it are relieving exterior and dispersing cold,warming lung and resolving retention,warming channels,warming yang and promoting dieresis.Indication locations include the lung and kidney.It plays a role mainly through warming,dispersing and dredging with pungent nature.By combing with the medicinals with sour taste,dispersing and absorbing are connected.By combing with the medicinals with pungent and warm natures,generation and restriction are connected.By combing with the medicinals with cold and cool natures,pungency opening and bitter discharging,and mutual cold-warm restriction are connected.Through these compatibilities,the functions of reducing toxicity and increasing efficiency can be obtained.
