摘　　要：天香丹以"通补开泄法"为理论依据研制而成,具有化痰散结、和血通络、益气补虚的功效,临床多用于治疗秽浊痰阻型冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病(简称冠心病)。大量基础实验和临床研究表明,天香丹通过改善血管内皮功能、抗感染、调节血脂、稳定斑块、改善心功能等方面而发挥作用,以多靶点、多层次、多成分的优势治疗冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病,取得显著疗效。目前,天香丹对血流动力学的影响尚不明确,且缺乏大样本量的多中心临床研究。今后,需开展高质量、大样本的随机对照研究,加强对血流动力学影响的研究,进一步阐明天香丹的作用机制,为临床应用提供更多的科学依据。Tianxiang Pill(天香丹,TXP) is developed on the theoretical basis of " method of dredging and tonifying and purging".It has the effects of resolving phlegm and dispersing nodules,harmonizing blood and dredging collaterals,supplementing qi and tonifying deficiency,and is mostly used in the treatment of coronary atherosclerotic heart disease(coronary heart disease).A large number of basic experiments and clinical studies have shown that TXP can improve vascular endothelial function,resist infection,regulate blood lipid,stabilize plaque,improve heart function,etc.,and has achieved significant curative effect in the treatment of coronary heart disease with the advantages of multi-target,multi-level and multi-component.However,at present,the effect of TXP on hemodynamics is not clear,and there is a lack of multicenter clinical research with large sample size.Therefore,in the future,it is necessary to carry out high-quality,large sample randomized controlled studies,strengthen the study of its effect on hemodynamics,further clarify the mechanism of action of XTP,in order to provide more scientific bases for clinical application.
