摘　　要：中医药治疗慢性便秘的主要方法有:中药内服治疗、中医外治法(穴位贴敷法、针刺疗法、穴位埋线疗法、推拿疗法)、中医情志疗法、饮食运动疗法、中医综合治疗等。中医药治疗慢性便秘疗效较好,但仍然存在一些问题:(1)中医治疗方面的文献研究很多,疾病预防方面的研究较少;(2)临床研究中对疗效的判定缺乏统一标准,有待进一步规范;(3)文献研究侧重临床疗效评估,实验研究相关文献较少,作用机制尚需深入探讨。今后,应加强未病先防理念;统一便秘疗效标准;增加实验研究,对中医药治疗便秘的机制进行深入探讨。The main methods of treating chronic constipation with TCM include:Chinese medicinals for oral administration,external therapy of TCM(such as acupoint application,acupuncture,catgut embedding therapy,massage therapy) emotional therapy of TCM,diet and exercise therapy,and comprehensive therapy of TCM.Oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine,external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(point application,acupuncture,catgut embedding therapy,massage therapy),emotional therapy of traditional Chinese medicine,diet and exercise therapy,comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese medicine,etc.TCM is effective in treating chronic constipation,but there are still some problems:(1) There are a lot of literature studies on TCM treatment,but few studies on disease prevention.(2) There is no unified standard for judging the curative effect in clinical studies,which needs to be further standardized.(3) Literature studies focus on clinical efficacy evaluation,and experimental studies are few,so the mechanism of action needs to be further explored.In the future,we should strengthen the concept of prevention before the onset of disease,unify the curative effect standard of constipation,increase experimental research,and deeply explore the mechanism of TCM in the treatment of constipation.
