摘  要:Root-knot nematodes are becoming more and more harmful to solanaceous vegetables. The most economical and effective way to deal with root-knot nematode disease is to breed varieties with disease resistance. This paper reviewed the recent research progress and achievements of tomato, pepper, eggplant and potato on root-knot nematode disease resistance gene characteristics, disease resistance gene mapping and disease resistance gene molecular markers, and prospects for future research directions.
