摘 要:为了实现对城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰的资源化利用,本实验以城市生活垃圾焚烧飞灰为原材料,通过碱激发法制备出力学性能优异的地聚合物固化体。当碱激发剂的模数为1.0,垃圾焚烧飞灰含量为60%,碱激发剂和固体质量比为1∶1.2时垃圾焚烧飞灰基地聚合物的抗压强度最佳。XRD分析结果表明所制备的地聚合物中存在少量碳酸钙和沸石结晶相,SEM表征结果显示固化体结构致密。另外,产物中存在Si(Al)-O-Si基团,有助于增强地聚合物固化体的抗压强度。Geopolymer solidified bodies was prepared by alkali excitation method to realize the purpose of resource utilization of municipal solid waste incineration(MSWI)fly ash,using MSWI fly ash as raw materials.The effects of the modulus of alkali activator modulus,the mass content of metakaolin,and the mass ratio of alkali activator to solid were investigated.The experimental results revealed that the optimum parameters were as follows:the modulus of the alkali activator was 1.0,the content of MSWI fly ash was 60%,and the mass ratio of the alkali activator to the solid was 1∶1.2.The microstructure characterization of XRD indicated that there were a small amount of calcium carbonate and zeolite crystals in the as-prepared geopolymers.SEM displayed that the structure of the solidified body was compact.In addition,a large number of Si(Al)-O-Si groups existed in the product,which contributed to enhance the compressive strength of solidified body.
