基于改进SEM的江苏传统物流转型升级动力及路径研究

摘　　要：文章通过分析江苏传统物流发展现状和所存在问题,构建了内部动因、外部动因和企业转型升级三者之间的结构方程模型。以江苏省传统物流业为研究对象,对收集的167条实证数据进行分析,结果显示外部动因综合影响更为显著,且内、外部动因中企业经营情况、突发事件风险和技术创新能力影响最大,但政府政策法规相对动力不足。综合上述研究结果,结合江苏省实际情况提出应向应急物流、智慧物流、集聚物流和绿色物流转型的建议。Based on the analysis of the development status and problems of traditional logistics enterprises in Jiangsu province,this paper constructs a structural equation model among internal motivation,external motivation and enterprise transformation and upgrading.Taking traditional logistics enterprises in Jiangsu province as the research object,this paper analyzes 167 empirical data collected,and the results show that the comprehensive influence of external factors is more significant,and the enterprise operation situation,emergency risk and technological innovation ability of internal and external factors have the greatest impact,but the government policies and regulations are relatively insufficient.Based on the above research results,combined with the actual situation of Jiangsu province,this paper puts forward relevant suggestions for its transformation to emergency logistics,intelligent logistics,cluster logistics and green logistics.
