摘  要:采用GT-Power以等效二冲程方法建立对置二冲程(OP2S)柴油机一维仿真模型,以进气口高度、排气口高度、进气口宽度圆周比、排气口宽度圆周比为试验参数,设计正交试验,并以平均指示压力、给气比、扫气效率为评价指标,利用Taguchi算法分析仿真结果的信噪比,优化试验参数,得到了各参数对OP2S柴油机换气效果的影响程度顺序与最优气口结构。结果表明,利用Taguchi算法可得到OP2S柴油机气口的最优参数组合,从而有效提高OP2S柴油机的换气性能。The equivalent two-stroke method was used to establish the 1D simulation model of OPO2S diesel engine with GT-power.Taking the heights and the ratios of width to circumference from the intake and exhaust port as the test parameters,the orthogonal experiment was designed.Taking the average indicated pressure,feed ratio and scavenging efficiency as the evaluation indexes,Taguchi algorithm was used to analyze the signal-to-noise ratio of simulation results and the test parameters were optimized.The order of influence degree of each parameter on the ventilation effect of OP2S diesel engine was acquired and the optimal port structure was determined.The results showed that the optimal parameter combination was obtained and therefore the ventilation performance of OP2S diesel engine effectively improved by using Taguchi algorithm.
