摘 要:基于燃料的着火性能、挥发性能、低温性能和流动性能构建多目标优化模型,对加氢生物柴油-乙醇-柴油三元燃料的混合比例进行优化设计。通过三元燃料的十六烷值、95%馏程、凝点和运动黏度的试验值构建着火性能、挥发性能、低温性能和流动性能的特征方程,以及不同性能趋向的多目标评价函数,分析不同性能趋向下的合理权重系数。根据各性能趋向评价函数结果和相关法规,确定加氢生物柴油-乙醇的最佳混合比例应不大于10%。该研究为优化多元燃料的掺混比例提供了一个切实可行的思路。A multi-objective optimization model was established based on the ignition,volatility,low temperature and flow performance of fuel and the mixing ratio of hydrogenated biodiesel-ethanol-diesel ternary blended fuel was optimized.The respective characteristic equations of above-referred performance and multi-objective evaluation functions were established according to test values of cetane number,95%distilling range,condensation point and kinematic viscosity of ternary blended fuel.The reasonable weight coefficients of different performance trends were then analyzed.According to the results of the evaluation functions of different performance trends and relative legislations,the optimal mixing ratio of hydrogenated biodiesel-ethanol was determined as less than 10%.The study provided a practical and feasible way for optimizing the blending ratio of multiple fuels.
