摘 要:某发动机采用了电子水泵及温控模块等先进电气化热管理技术,完成电子水泵选型及温控模块控制逻辑设计后,利用发动机台架开展匹配试验研究。结果表明:电子水泵布置保持出水口朝上,补水口位置降低至与水泵入口平齐,有利于水泵水室内气体排空,保证水泵正常工作;电子水泵性能满足发动机冷却需求,但水套隔板泄漏导致缸体缸盖流量分配偏离设计值,缸体排气侧水温异常高,需优化水套隔板强度;降低电子水泵流量可减少冷却液带走的热量,改变燃烧室附近的换热,有利于热效率提升;温控模块圆弧形球阀开口设计使得各支路开启或关闭时发生流量突变,而水滴形球阀开口实现了流通面积缓慢增加,流量平缓过渡。The research engine adopted the advanced electric thermal management technologies such as electronic water pump and thermal management module.A matching experiment was carried out on the bench after finishing the electronic water pump selection and the control logic design of thermal management module.The results show that the outlet of electronic water pump should be upward and the filling outlet should be lowered to the level of pump inlet to facilitate the gas exhaust in the water chamber and ensure the normal operation of pump.The performance of electronic water pump meets the cooling requirements of engine,but the leakage of water jacket separator causes the flow distribution of cylinder block and head deviating from the design value,and the water temperature at the exhaust side of cylinder is unusually high,so the strength of water jacket separator needs to be optimized.Reducing the flow of electronic water pump can reduce the heat taken away by the coolant and hence change the heat transfer near the combustion chamber so as to improve the thermal efficiency.In addition,the opening design of arc-shaped ball valve for thermal management module leads to abrupt flow change of each branch at opening or closing,while the opening design of the water-drop shape realizes the slow increase of flow area and the smooth transition of flow.
